Kidnapping: CPS’s billion dollar industry

Julie Wilson

Shaymus Crow’s film is an excellent overview of the treacherous acts committed by the government funded program known as Child Protective Services (CPS).

Social welfare-agencies have been allowed the right to remove neglected and abused children from the care of their families since the early 1800s.

A report by John E.B. Meyers describes the birth of the first governmental agency supposedly created to protect children. The agency, born in New York in 1875 was called the New York Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC).

According to Meyers’ report, by 1922 over 300 nongovernmental child protection societies were existing across America, the creation of  the juvenile court soon followed which was first established 1899 in Chicago. By 1919, most states had juvenile courts.

In 1825, the Humane Society, a group dedicated to curbing violence against animals and humans, founded the National Federation of Child Rescue agency which was aimed at conducting investigations on child abuse.

The Humane Society, which branched off of the British Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA), pushed forward private child protection agencies modeled after “existing animal protection organizations.”

While the federal Children’s Bureau was first introduced in 1912, it didn’t receive mandatory funding until an amendment was made in 1958 which required the state to begin funding the agency.

In 1974, the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA) was introduced to provide “financial assistance for a demonstration program for the prevention, identification, and treatment of child abuse and neglect.”

According to Meyers’, “Prior to 1974, the federal government played a useful but minor role in child protection. The Children’s Bureau paid little to no attention to child abuse until the 1960s.”

The Social Security Act of 1935 was amended in 1962 to “provide money to expand child welfare services.”  However, in 1973 U.S. Senator Walter Mondale wrote, “Nowhere in the Federal Government could we find one official assigned full time to the prevention, identification and treatment of child abuse and neglect.”

It was Mondale’s interest and persuasion in the matter that influenced Congress to “assume a leadership role with the passage of” CAPTA.

CAPTA allocated funds for “training, regional multidisciplinary centers focused on child abuse and neglect, and demonstration projects.”

Meyers’ report states, “CAPTA played a major role in shaping the nationwide system of governmental CPS” that’s in place today.

The video’s narrator quotes Mondale stating that after the bill passed it would turn “child protection into a child snatching business.”

The legislation soon turned the operation into a $12 billion a year business.

In 1997, President Clinton passed the Adoption and Safe Families Act which was intended to “promote the adoption of children in foster care.”

ABC News aired an exclusive segment that featured interviews of foster children describing the various kinds of prescription drugs they were given under the state’s care.

Instead of finding a solution to prevent this future for children, the segment publicized the need for more state funding and further promoted the myth that children are institutionalized because of the abundance of bad parents.

Legislation that was originally created for the purpose of helping children, has transformed into a financial operation aimed at kidnapping children for the financial benefit of the state.

The more children removed, the more money that’s made. The children while under the state’s care are prescribed an average of seven medications in an attempt to keep them chained to the system for a lifetime.

The business is so lucrative that advocates like Nancy Schaefer, who aggressively took action against CPS exposing their crimes, were subsequently removed.   The media reported that Nancy Schaefer’s husband, troubled by financial problems, shot his wife to death while she slept before turning the gun on himself in 2010.

A report by speculated on the circumstances surrounding the couple’s death, finding it odd that a suicide victim would shoot them self in the chest.

The report read, “Even before a GBI investigation could be initiated, media outlets began pronouncing that their death was a ‘murder-suicide’ and shut off most public comment posting on their web sites.”

Most disturbing is that, not unlike many other evil government programs, the atrocities are directly funded by the taxpayer.  In essence, citizen are paying for programs that could potentially remove their own children.

My take:
man oh man reading and watching stuff like this tears me apart. It makes me want to go to these CPS and child court buildings and burn them down(though i wont), but my anger just build and build beacuse we need more champions to go out and fight them politically. we need more familys that had this happen to them to stand up and not just fight their battle and win but then help others in that same situation!  This is obviously just a business trying to make money with the sinister agenda behind ot of destroying familys  rights and freedoms, becuase they dont go after the kids that really need help, rather the ones that are in good familys that and are in good health because those kids can be sold for more money to the rich aristocrats who are generally satan worshipers and will do sacrifices to them and so on. i konw that sounds crazy believe me i still do, but i can find example after example proving that and it pissed me off!  the government cannot protect it can only destroy thats the sad truth and untill the zombies wake up to that this monster will continue to grow untill there is no escape and no way to resist.

More people in Colorado than ever before are attempting to legally carry a concealed gun, and by no small margin.

It’s 87 percent more.

And while 2012 saw a sizable increase from 2011 of permit seekers, that figure pales in comparison to this year.

My Take:

This is a very positive sign, this shows that true patriots are not going to cower and just accept unjust laws being passed, and this will show that through our dollers (the collapsing fiat currency) we will fight back by saying “ok, you want to try and take our guns, we will now start carrying them where we go! Come and take them now!” there have been tons of studys on if gun control works, and each has shown that the only outcomes generally are either no change whatsoever or usually the harder you make it for law abiding citizens to get firearms the crime explodes. but please dont tust me look into it yourself! P.S. Guns dont kill people, people kill people!

Two groups will meet at noon Friday at Cherry Creek State Park to mark the first anniversary of the Aurora movie theater massacre — one will remember those killed by guns, and the other will rally to support the Second Amendment.

Mayors Against Illegal Guns will hold a remembrance at the park for the victims of gun violence, Mayors Against Illegal Guns outreach and policy associate Stephen Barton said.

“It’s an opportunity for the community to come together and remember the 12 who were killed and 70 others injured,” said Barton, who was shot in the neck and wounded by shrapnel when a gunman opened fire July 20, 2012, during a midnight showing of “The Dark Knight Rises.”

The remembrance event begins at noon at the Smoky Hill Shelter. Victims of gun violence and family members of some who were killed in the theater shooting will address the crowd and read the names of gun violence victims from across the country. The roll call is expected to end at 12:38 a.m. Saturday, to mark to official moment when gunshots were fired inside the Century Aurora 16.

Windsor-based Rocky Mountain Gun Owners has planned a counter-rally at noon Friday at the Smoky Hill Shelter.

“We’ll be answering Mayor Bloomberg,” Rocky Mountain Gun Owners executive director Dudley Brown said.

New York mayor Michael Bloomberg organized and funds Mayors Against Illegal Guns. The organization lobbied for stricter gun controls nationally and in Colorado, where four initiatives passed in the last legislative session, including limits on ammunition magazine size and universal background checks.

The gun owners’ gathering will be a “peaceful counter-rally to tell big city gun-grabber Bloomberg to keep his hands off of our Constitutional rights,” according to the organization’s Facebook page.

State parks officials said participants in both rallies will need to pay the $9 per car gate fee to enter.

Americans can legally be kidnapped and held without trial

Paul Joseph Watson
July 17, 2013

The Second Circuit court has overturned a temporary injunction which had blocked the indefinite detention provision of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) – meaning Americans can now once again be kidnapped and held without trial.

Image: Indefinite Detention

In September 2012, United StatesDistrict Court Judge Katherine B. Forrest ruled that the indefinite detention provision of the NDAA was unconstitutional and blocked it permanently. However, within 24 hours of the ruling the Obama administration appealed lodged an appeal and the law has been under temporary injunction until now.

Americans can once again “legally” be snatched off the street and detained without trial based on the mere claim that they provided aid or support to terrorists, despite this being a total violation ofhabeas corpus.

The Tenth Amendment Center has a detailed breakdown of the ruling;

“In layman’s terms, Forrest put a stop to indefinite detention, and the Second Circuit overturned that. It also permanently prohibited Forrest from attempting to do so again, ordering her to proceed with the case consistent with their opinion. NDAA “indefinite detention” powers are alive and well.”

The group points out that the new Second Circuit ruling is completely incorrect because it claims that Section 1021 of the 2012 NDAA says nothing about the government’s ability to detain citizens.

In reality, section 1021 states, “Congress affirms that the authority of the President to use all necessary and appropriate force pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force . . . includes the authority for the Armed Forces of the United States to detain covered persons . . . pending disposition under the law of war.”

The ruling stems out of Hedges v. Obama, a lawsuit filed in January 2012. Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Chris Hedges and several other high profile figures brought the case in order to protest against the potential that the law could be used to harass outspoken journalists and political activists.

“Sadly, the “victory” lasted about 10 months. Today, US totalitarianism wins again,” laments Zero Hedge.

As the world reacts to the Trayvon Martin case, including prominent rappers calling out the media over its race baiting, reports detail around 160,000 Russian troops were called to ‘combat readiness’ following an Israeli strike on Russian-made missiles in Syria.

Is the nation too distracted by the George Zimmerman trial’s 24/7 news cycle to even know about this developing situation that coincides with escalating tensions between Russia and US-affiliated nations around the world?

First up is the new revelation that Israel was behind an attack on Syria that targeted Russian-made anti-ship missiles. According to the Israeli National News sources within the U.S., Israel recently launched an attack on Russian missiles that were apparently sold to Syria and stationed at acritical point within the country. Until now, it was unknown who had initiated the bombing that had rocked Latakia on July 5th.

Ultimately bombing the ‘critical point’ holding the Russian’s Yakhont anti-ship missile, Israel is believed to have initiated the bombing via aircraft or a ship in the Mediterranean. According to the anonymous U.S. official who corresponded with CNN:

“This attack was either by air raid or long-range missiles fired from boats in the Mediterranean.”

Now enter new reports surfacing from the Russian Defense Ministry on orders of Vladimir Putin that the largest military ‘state of full combat readiness’ drill is taking place with around 160,000 troops ordered to report from all corners of the military. Specifically, the translated reports detail how Putin is calling together not just Armed Forces of Russia troops, but all forms of long-range aircraft, 70 naval ships, bomber and fighter aircraft, and so on.

According to a syndicated Russian announcement:

“On Friday, during a meeting with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu Russian, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an unexpected military drill, urging all forces to enter a state of full combat readiness on the night of July 13.”

In other words, these reports says that Putin is essentially assembling the entire military in the largest such event since the Soviet Union. This is coming in from the Russian language version of Forbes and other Russian sources translated to English.

Is this massive ‘state of full combat readiness’ initiated on July 13th just a training exercise with no further intention, or is it related to to the attack by Israel on Russian-made missiles in Syria? Whether this is truly the initiation of a massive conflict between world powers or not, it’s certainly worth the attention of the media and general public. While it does take a lot of digging to sort through all of these Russian language announcements and get to the bottom of the story, it’s much more important than what George Zimmerman’s lawyers ate for breakfast this morning.

Chances are, your local or state police departments have photographs of your car in their files, noting where you were driving on a particular day, even if you never did anything wrong.

Using automated scanners, law enforcement agencies across the country have amassed millions of digital records on the location and movement of every vehicle with a license plate, according to a study published Wednesday by the American Civil Liberties Union. Affixed to police cars, bridges or buildings, the scanners capture images of passing or parked vehicles and note their location, uploading that information into police databases. Departments keep the records for weeks or years, sometimes indefinitely.

As the technology becomes cheaper and more ubiquitous, and federal grants focus on aiding local terrorist detection, even small police agencies are able to deploy more sophisticated surveillance systems. While the Supreme Court ruled in 2012 that a judge’s approval is needed to track a car with GPS, networks of plate scanners allow police effectively to track a driver’s location, sometimes several times every day, with few legal restrictions. The ACLU says the scanners assemble what it calls a “single, high-resolution image of our lives.”

Journalist feared big story could make him a target

Paul Joseph Watson
July 17, 2013

Rolling Stone journalist Michael Hastings’ body was cremated against his family’s wishes, destroying potential evidence that could have contradicted the explanation that he died as a result of an accident, according to San Diego 6 reporter Kimberly Dvorak.

Hastings was killed in the early hours of June 18 in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeleswhen his Mercedes crashed into a tree at high speed and exploded into flames, sparking theories that the journalist, who was working on a major exposé of the CIA, could have been assassinated.

Stating that she had spoken with several close friends of the family, including Alex Jones Show guest Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs, Dvorak said, “A close family friend did confirm that Michael’s body was sent home in an urn, meaning he was cremated and it wasn’t the request of the family….in fact the family wanted Michael’s body to go home.”

Dvorak said the decision to cremate Hastings against his family’s wishes was “shocking” because it ensured that evidence of any substance (or indeed the absence of any substance) inside his body was lost. According to Hastings’ family, the journalist had not drunk alcohol for five years.

Dvorak added that Hastings had spoken with an attorney before his death who has all the details about the story Hastings was working on. Hastings refrained from telling his wife about the story “because he said he wanted to protect her from knowing anything so if anything were to happen to him nothing could happen to her,” said Dvorak.

Hastings wife has now hired a private investigator to look into the writer’s death, according to Dvorak.

Dvorak also revealed that she had personally been threatened as a result of her efforts to investigate Hastings’ death on behalf of San Diego 6. Aside from Infowars, the news channel is the only media organization asking questions about what happened.

“Despite the LAPD’s categorization of the Hasting fatal accident as a “no (evidence of) foul play,” LAPD continues to ignore FOIA (CPRA in Calif.) requests made by San Diego 6 News for the police report, 9/11 call, autopsy, bomb squad and toxicology reports, or make the Mercedes available for inspection which only fuels conjecture,” writes Dvorak.

As we reported earlier this month, Dvorak’s investigation also uncovered the fact that police and firefighters in the area have been given a gag order and told not to talk to the media about Hastings’ death.

Although the LAPD ruled out foul play days after the incident, automotive experts questioned why Hastings’ brand new Mercedes exploded into flames with such ferocity and why the engine was found 150 feet behind the vehicle.

Former counter-terror czar Richard Clarke reacted to the news by telling the Huffington Post that the fatal crash was “consistent with a car cyber attack.” Academic studies show that it is relatively easy to hack and remote control a modern day vehicle.

Hastings sent out an email to friends and colleagues 15 hours before his car crash stating he was “onto a big story” and needed “to go off the rada[r] for a bit.”

According to colleagues, Hastings was “incredibly tense and very worried, and was concerned that the government was looking in on his material,” and also a “nervous wreck” in response to the surveillance of journalists revealed by the AP phone tapping scandal and the NSA PRISM scandal.

After Wikileaks reported that Hastings had contacted them a few hours before his death complaining that he was under FBI investigation, other friends confirmed that the journalist was “very paranoid” about the feds watching him.

Hastings routinely received death threats as a result of his hard-hitting journalism, particularly in relation to his 2010 exposé of Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal.

Hastings’ close friend Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs, who told Fox News that the journalist “drove like a grandma” and was working on “the biggest story yet” about the CIA before his death, joined Alex Jones yesterday to discuss latest developments and his plans to personally investigate Hastings’ death on behalf of Infowars.
