Black people are the fathers and mothers of civilization, white men are the devil, the Christian god is nothing more than a ghost and only a small percentage of people understand the world.

These are just some of the beliefs behind the bling — the gaudy Five Percent Nation medallions worn by Jay Z and Carmelo Anthony.

Last week, all eyes at the Barclays Center weren’t on Jay Z’s better half, Beyoncé — but on the coaster-size golden pendant swinging from the rapper’s neck as the couple sat courtside. Asked once if the group’s symbol — an eight-pointed star with the number 7 in the middle — held any meaning for him, the rapper shrugged, “A little bit.”

So what exactly do Five Percenters believe?

“The rationale is that the black man is God and created the universe, and is physically stronger and intellectually stronger and more righteous naturally,” says Michael Muhammad Knight, an author of two books on the radical group.
“Whiteness is weak and wicked and inferior — basically just an errant child who needs to be corrected.”

The group was founded in 1964 in Harlem by Clarence Smith, who later changed his name to Allah, a former student of Malcolm X who disagreed with the Nation of Islam over the nature of God.

Smith rejected the notion of a supernatural deity and instead believed that all black men had God in them and that black women were “earths” who took on a complementary yet subordinate role to their gods.

The idea is empowering, Knight says.

“Anytime someone is saying you have to accept your conditions of oppression and slavery and pray to an unseen god — that kind of god is just being used to keep people down and to keep people from looking to themselves as a solution to their problems,” he notes. “If there is a problem, no one will fix it for you, except yourself.”

Five Percenters don’t consider themselves Muslim, but their name comes from the Nation of Islam’s belief that 5 percent of humanity are “poor righteous teachers” who exist to enlighten the masses about the truth of existence.

Members will sometimes refer to themselves as “scientists” to drive home the search for truth. And they face a tall task, because under their belief system, 10 percent of the world’s population controls the other 85 percent by spreading the belief in a “mystery God.”

To show followers the way, members must learn the Supreme Mathematics and Supreme Alphabet — powerful tools to decipher the meaning of the universe. In both, each letter and number represents a concept: for example, 1 is knowledge, 2 is wisdom, while A is Allah and B is be, or born. The number 7 on Jay Z’s pendant stands for God.

Caucasians, meanwhile, don’t enjoy an exalted status in the narrative of the Five Percenters.

“The first lesson I learned from the Five Percent was simple: F–k white people. Seriously. White people are devils,” Knight, 36, who is white and converted to Islam as a teenager, once wrote.

He insisted the movement has been welcoming and that he views the controversial sentiment as a statement about power rather than biology.

“For me, it is about who is marked as privileged in the power relations of this society,” he says.

Some followers take exception to those who transform their flag into a fashion accessory.

“Jay Z is not an active member — no one has vouched for him” Saladin Allah, a representative of the group’s upstate region, told The Post. “It was always understood that you don’t wear the regalia if you don’t totally subscribe to the life.”

(NaturalNews) The Hunger Games is about to become reality as the Discovery network plans to roll out a show that follows a similar format. In the new reality show called “Survival Live,” contestants will be intentionally stranded in a Pacific Rim jungle without food, adequate clothing or shelter. Their activities will be monitored and recorded via a network of webcams feeding back to TV viewers who can “send aid” in the form of tools, clothing and food.

It’s a format ripped right out of the book (and film) Hunger Games, where an oppressive dictatorial regime forces young adults to fight to the death as a form of entertainment for the masses (and the amusement of the political elite). In the Hunger Games, contestants are dropped into the wilderness with access to deadly weapons they must use to kill each other. As the weakest contestants are killed off, news of their demise is broadcast to enthralled viewers worldwide. Corporations can send aid to contestants in the form of air-dropped supplies, a sort of “paid placement” advertising.

Discovery’s Survival Live follows a similar format, with the weakest contestants being plucked from the show each week (and fortunately not killed outright). Viewers watch the contestants on a network of webcams, and the public can send aid to be delivered to contestants.

In a new twist, “Viewers will be able to track the survivalists’ progress via a 24/7 Web platform that details their biometric data, which will reveal who is physically struggling,” says Hollywood Reporter.(1)

Trending toward survival combat shows
It’s not difficult to see how reality TV is increasingly resembling science fiction. In 1987, a film called The Running Man(2) depicted Arnold Schwarzenegger as a convict placed in a mass-murder game show in which the last man alive wins the show. The show was broadcast for the viewership ratings in a crumbling society where ethics and morals were increasingly abandoned.

Today, as ethics and values are abandoned across American culture, it’s not hard to see reality TV trending toward more “brutal” scenarios where lives are put in extreme danger. Crisis issues threatening the downfall of the nation — such as out-of-control debt spending and the chance of nuclear war with Russia — are increasingly dismissed with distractions involving daytime television and junk celebrity news.

I can certainly see a development where a less conventional broadcast network would work out a deal with private prison corporations to broadcast live “reality prison combat” shows. This could even become a Running Man-style game show where convicts on death row are given the choice to “compete” in a death match and possibly win their freedom.

Many of the fake TV ads depicted in the first Robocop movie (1987) have also come true today. They were considered bizarre at the time, but now ring true in a collapsing culture and society. Even the script choice of Detroit as a crumbling city where cops are overrun with criminals turned out to be prophetic.

Tells Howard Stern Americans do not have a right to own firearms

Kurt Nimmo
January 16, 2013

Movie producer and Obama supporter Harvey Weinstein will produce a film with actor Meryl Streep targeting the National Rifle Association and attacking the constitutional right of Americans to own firearms.

“I shouldn’t say this, but I’ll tell it to you, Howard,” Weinstein told radio show host Howard Stern, according to MTV. “I’m going to make a movie with Meryl Streep, and we’re going to take this head-on. And they’re going to wish they weren’t alive after I’m done with them.”

The NRA currently has a membership of five million and is one of the top three lobbying groups in the United States. Although the organization supports the Second Amendment, it has been criticized for supporting the 1934 National Firearms Act and the Gun Control Act of 1968, legislation that created a system to license firearms dealers and tax automatic weapons.

Weinstein said his project with Streep will rival the 1939 movie “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” and will have the effect of making firearms stocks “crash and burn.”

“I don’t think we need guns in this country. And I hate it,” he said. Weinstein said people in other countries need firearms, but not Americans.

According to a story posted on the Washington Times website, Stern asked the producer of Django Unchained about earlier comments that guns are only useful “when you’re marching a half of a million people into Auschwitz.” Weinstein said he would have fought back against the Nazis if he had “found a gun, and if that was happening to my people.”

Weinstein ignores the historical reality of gun control. After taking power in Nazi Germany, Hitler not only used gun registration records to disarm Jews, but all Germans the regime considered enemies of the state. The Holocaust was possible because Jews were disarmed and had no way to defend themselves.

Weinstein’s comment that he would have resisted going to Auschwitz if he “found a gun” demonstrates a dangerous ignorance. He now wants to use the power of cinema to spread the liberal idea that guns are evil, unnecessary and government would never persecute and murder political opponents as it did repeatedly in the 20th century under the rule of Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot and others.

In 2012, Weinstein called for the film industry to examine violence in movies. “I think as filmmakers we should sit down — the Marty Scorseses, the Quentin Tarantinos and hopefully all of us who deal in violence in movies — and discuss our role in that,” Weinstein told The Hollywood Reporter.

Weinstein, however, may want to examine his own role in perpetuating violence in movies. His film, Django Unchained, directed by a notorious purveyor of violent movies, Quentin Tarantino, “turns into a strutting modern dispenser of violence,” according to David Denby, writing for the New Yorker.

“If we don’t get gun-control laws in this country, we are full of beans,” Weinstein told the Hollywood gossip website. “To have the National Rifle Association rule the United States is pathetic. And I agree with Mayor Michael Bloomberg: It’s time to put up or shut up about gun control for both parties.”

  • The more time a child spends watching TV, the more profound the changes
  • It leads to more grey matter in the regions around the frontopolar cortex area of the brain – towards the front and side of the head

Watching too much television can change the structure of a child’s brain in a damaging way, according to a new study.

Researchers found that the more time a child spent viewing TV, the more profound the brain alterations appeared to be.

The Japanese study looked at 276 children aged between five and 18, who watched between zero and four hours TV per day, with the average being about two hours.

MRI brain scans showed children who spent the most hours in front of the box had greater amounts of grey matter in regions around the frontopolar cortex – the area at the front of the frontal lobe.

But this increased volume was a negative thing as it was linked with lower verbal intelligence, said the authors, from Tohoku University in the city of Sendai.

They suggested grey matter could be compared to body weight and said these brain areas need to be pruned during childhood in order to operate efficiently.

‘These areas show developmental cortical thinning during development, and children with superior IQs show the most vigorous cortical thinning in this area,’ the team wrote.

They highlighted the fact that unlike learning a musical instrument, for example, programmes we watch on TV ‘do not necessarily advance to a higher level, speed up or vary’.

‘When this type of increase in level of experience does not occur with increasing experience, there is less of an effect on cognitive functioning,’ they wrote.

The authors said the impact of watching TV on the ‘structural development’ of the brain has never before been investigated.

‘In conclusion, TV viewing is directly or indirectly associated with the neurocognitive development of children,’ they wrote.

‘At least some of the observed associations are not beneficial and guardians of children should consider these effects when children view TV for long periods of time.’

The children in the study were an almost even split between girls and boys.

The findings, published in the journal Cerebral Cortex, highlighted an association between TV viewing and changes in the brain but do not prove that TV definitely caused the changes.

Scientists also cannot be sure whether missing out on activities such as reading, playing sports or interacting with friends and family as a result of watching TV could be behind the findings, rather than TV being directly to blame.

But they did say that the frontopolar cortex area of the brain has previously been associated with ‘intellectual abilities’.

Facebook “likes” for boycott six times higher than “likes” for Obamacare

Kit Daniels
December 19, 2013

The number of Facebook users supporting a boycott of television network A&E is currently four times higher than the number of Americans who have successfully signed up for Obamacare.

More Americans signed up for an A&E boycott in 24 hours than signed up for Obamacare in 3 months.

As of this writing, over 1.4 million people on various Facebook pages support a boycott of A&E after the network suspended Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson for expressing his views on homosexuality in a recent interview with GQ.

Compare this to the official December Health Insurance Marketplace Enrollment Report, which states that only 365,000 Americans have successfully signed up for an Obamacare insurance plan.

Support for Phil Robertson on Facebook is also six times higher than the “likes” for the official Facebook page for

This is a testament to the power of individuals and their spontaneous free-market solutions which ultimately lead to prosperity as opposed to the economic ruin resulting from centralized planning.

NYPD will deploy heavily armed officers, canines, radiation detectors and more

The New York City Police Department will deploy gun boats, as well as arm officers with “heavy weapons” in the week prior to the Super Bowl, efforts the department claims will “protect the public,” deter terrorists and prevent them from conducting reconnaissance.

They also plan to use radiation detectors, canine teams and “heavily visible” Hercules foot patrols, along with closed-circuit TV cameras to thwart evil doers looking to rain on Super Bowl festivities.

The heavy-handed show of force is in support of NYC’s Super Bowl Boulevard, a week long jumble of football related activities set to take place within a cordoned off 14-block expanse running along Broadway in Manhattan.

“As always the NYPD is taking a multilayered approach to protect the public at these events. Many of the technologies and procedures that we will be employing throughout this period are already being used throughout the city on a daily basis,” said Counterterrorism Bureau Inspector John O’Connell at a conference Tuesday, according to Bloomberg News.

Asked whether people will be allowed to tote backpacks or other bags during the festivities which fall during New Year’s Eve, O’Connell responded they weren’t “prepared to answer that right now.”

To be sure, backpacks and bags won’t be allowed inside MetLife Stadium, the site of Super Bowl XLVIII, unless they’re see-through.

Earlier this year, the NFL implemented a “clear bag policy” banning fans from bringing backpacks and bags to stadiums, claiming the measure would “enhance public safety.” A “buffer area” of bag police, with the aim to prevent dangerous bags from entering the stadium, will also greet fans.

Make no mistake, Super Bowl security paranoia will be cranked up to 11 during the February 2 event. Fans will not be allowed to tailgate or arrive at the stadium on foot.

“You cannot walk to the Super Bowl. You can get your hotel to drop you off at one of the New Jersey Transit locations or get the shuttle to take you to a Fan Express location, but you cannot walk, the games’s committee CEO Al Kelly recently stated.

Super Bowl patrons will also endure the standard TSA-style pat downs and airport-style metal detectors “in the name of safety,” and will also likely be under the watchful eye of DHS-trained employees ordered to “See Something, Say Something,” as was the case at Super Bowl XLV in Dallas.

These are just the latest efforts by the moronic spectacle that is the NFL to acclimatize the public to accept the disintegration of privacy and the Fourth Amendment, a right guaranteeing Americans protections against unreasonable searches.

However, given that a majority of Americans are more concerned with Miley Cyrus and football than preserving civil liberties, it’s no surprise the NFL has come this far in acclimating the public to accept slavery in return for football seats.

Infowars and Alex Jones recently re-launched a boycott of the NFL after the franchise again demonstrated itself to be a political weapon of the establishment when it refused to run a mild ad for rifle and gun parts manufacturer Daniel Defense.
